What we store

• Account: your email address, username and a password (stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider; we never see it).
• Your KovaaK’s scores: every run the AimTemple desktop app uploads after reading local KovaaK’s stats files on your PC (scenario name, score, accuracy, kills, time-to-kill, damage, time played), plus scores you type or paste into the Score Bot.
• Steam ID if you choose to enter it.
• Chat and intake: everything you write to the Score Bot or your coach, and your answers to the intake questions (training time, weak points, focus, experience).
• Plan and payment status: which plan you have and when it ends. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number.
• On your device: a login session and a few settings in your browser’s local storage. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who can see it

Coaches and site administrators can read your chat, intake answers, scores, email and username. If you mention pain, numbness, tingling or other health or injury information in the chat, coaches can see that too. Please only share what you are comfortable with. Other members cannot see your data.

We use these service providers to run AimTemple: Supabase (database and login), Stripe (payments), and our web host [HOST NAME]. They process data on our behalf.

AimTemple desktop app — local KovaaK’s stats sync

The AimTemple Windows desktop app can sync scores from your PC: it reads local KovaaK’s stats files in the KovaaK’s stats folder (not your whole disk) and uploads finished-run scores to your AimTemple account using a private upload key. You control Start/Stop sync in Settings. You can uninstall any time with the steps on the Members page, and you can revoke upload keys by asking us.

Why we use it

To provide the coaching service you bought: analysing your runs, answering your messages, and building your training plan. We do not sell your data.

Age

AimTemple is for people aged 13 or older. If you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission, and a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and pay for the plan. If we learn that someone under 13 has an account, we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and data deleted, email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. [DECIDE: deletion within 30 days; tax records of payments are kept as the law requires.]

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected by access rules in our database. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you think your account has been compromised.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell members by email.
